KTVU reports on a nearly $10 million dollar gift donation to Children’s Hospital & Research Center Oakland. This gift will fund our life-saving bone marrow transplantation program. The hospital has already cured more than 100 children with chronic blood disorders (sickle cell anemia, thalassemia, leukemia) via bone marrow and umbilical cord blood transplants.
