i’m hypoglycemic and the information i’m finding goes back and forth about how it’s the beginning stages of adult onset diabetes. so i would like to know if anyone had hypoglycemia, didn’t treat it (still eating sugar and so on), and then got diabetes. can low blood sugar lead to high blood sugar? diabetes is high blood sugar right? see i really need some input.
yes i have had my blood sugar tested. what kind of question in that anyways?
go f*ck yourself, hoosier, you uppity prick. what basis do i have….jerk….i’ve had a very difficult time controling my hypoglycemia considering i was an alcoholic.

Yes! Often hypoglycemia and/or weight gain is the precursor to type 2 diabetes. The thing to do for the hypoglycemia and also for diabetes is to follow the diabetic low carbohydrate diet. This will help to balance your glucose over the long haul. Sometimes you may even crave sugar when you are going into a hypoglycemia spell. When that happens use only a small amount of something sweet, a glass of milk or a carbohydrate. You will still have a craving until what you eat gets into your blood system to raise your sugar, maybe 20 or 30 minutes. Do not overload on sweets or carbs at that time because you don’t want your blood sugar to go sky high. Do keep your doctor appointments and check-ups, little or no alcohol and a good exercise routine. A good diabetic who takes care of themselves can have a longer healthier life than non-diabetics who abuse their bodies.
