I am 25 years old and I weigh 190lbs. I just recently started doing the Tae-bo aerobics on youtube. My goal is 167lbs. Do you think I am overweight? I am doing the aerobics 5 times a week and trying to eat healthy without too much carbs. What else can I do to lose weight? Any suggestions on what I should add to my diet that would help with weight loss?

You should also Google a calorie calculator. Anywhere from 1600-2200 calories a day should be fine depending on your activity level. It would be a good idea to see a nutritionist though.
