@cashman247 Eating bananas works wonders for cramps and without the side effects that some ppl experience from calcium supplements. Cramps can also be a result of a potassium deficiency.

@missyandtom Some ppl have to be careful with calcium supplements. I got a horribly painful kidney stone after taking a good quality calcium supplement for awhile. I then researched kidney stones and discovered the cause for some people,not all, is calcium supplements. I can`t remember why but some ppl`s bodies don`t process the supplement well which results in a stone so I caution ppl about taking calcium.

I take calcium for my menstrual cramps. Works like an advil!

the last few years i’ve steared clear of salt. Upon hearing this my initial thought was “well half the world is salt water” so right there that ’s a pretty solid indication salt can do positive things for the human organism. Thank yuz for the eye opener!
