I really like how you don’t say ooo poor me…but instead you have taken this and are trying to inform others and became a person that really wants to help others. I respect you for that!

It’s like you have a message now : Spread knowledge not HIV. And trying to wake people up. I hope you understand what I am saying…I stink at putting my thoughts and feeling into words..
Hope the cholesterol comes down. It’s in my family big time. My Dad had a heart attack at age 35.

justin , turn off paula dean.. that bitch is an enabler..lol i think she works for the pharmaceutical companies..and i like the idea of “fixing” yourself naturally.. it seems like one pill leads to another and another..good luck with your eating habit changes… i find if i change gradually, it makes it easier and more permanent.

My best friends (who are on HIV meds) are also dealing with high cholesterol. I don’t notice it unless we’re out and I’m ordering a 12 ounce steak and they’re sitting there eating a salad. I wish you well.
