@msididit420ify Great question. You can always perform them on your elbows. Or if you want to strengthen your wrists, simply hold a light dumbell in your hand, palms up and just move your knuckles towards you. Does that make sense? It is like a bicep curl for your wrist.

i think your exercises are terrific but my i hurt my wrists when I have to do the moves that put alot of pressure on them. Is there anything I can do?

heyy nice workout! its working for me!:) but one question how do i get rid of the fat underneath the boobs like since i started working out.. it started to pop out more.. my stomach’s flat its just some extra skin that pops out when i wear a nice fitted shirt? any suggestions??

how many times a week do I need to do these to see a difference in tone?? I plan on doing an hour at a time! I love these btw!! :) Im hooked!

It may depend on your weight. Since you use your own weight , heavy people burn more calorie during Pilates and other exercises.

I love these pop pilates. I been doing them a week now with cardio and its been awesome. I’ve lost total of 13 lbs. I was just wondering if you have any exercises on how to get rid of the back rolls. Love the videos Cassey!!!
