In Football you have a coach, In boxing you have a trainer, In Baseball you mangers. Take the knowledge and use it for what best suits you, don’t worry about their issues

Do it 4Times / 20 Repeat. – 3 differents exercises everyday differents type of abdo.
If you can do it more than this you ve got fix some weight on your feet.
