This is part two of my weight lifting workout with the Jillian Michaels “No More Trouble Zones. This workout, though advanced, some of the moves are quite easy to keep up with. Because of you, I went out and bought this dvd…I began my workout regimen on April 1st…. my muscles are SCREAMING, but I know the more I stay with it the better I will feel. My goal is to loose 25 pounds and keep it off. I just hope this will cause me to “burn the fat” and tone my muscle, not just bulk up… Thank you for your inspiration! God bless you!

@kidsnextdoor3 the results were from the entire DVD (there is only one part) BeautifulBrwnBabyDol split the recording into 2 parts. I don’t have much boob to lose…lol…but the workout does lift the boobage if done properly.

THank u so much! I was looking for some sort of regimen for weight lifting and this is def what i needed. VERY challenging! Today was the first day I could do all circuits! Of course i stopped and some moves r harder than others; especially lunges (i HATE lunges!) but this was very helpful. I’ve been doing this for about a week and i do feel a little stronger. I have a ways to go, need to lose about 20lbs but ur helping me get back into the gym! thanks for the motivation!

@kidsnextdoor3 when I started the DVD I had been working out using other methods (treadmill, elliptical, step aerobics…) so I was in good shape. However, once I started Jillian Michaels I saw results in my legs and arms within 6 days of continous use. My legs and arms are more tone and defined now. Hope this helps.
yessssssss! i went and purchased it from walmart for like 9 buks not bad at all. but Jillian means buisness omg! im doin the 30 day shred and i had to stop like 10 mins into circut 1 lol. this lady dont play and NO breaks but u can jus for like 5 secs. THANKS BEAUTIFULBRWNBABYDOL! if it wasnt for u i wudnt have know nuthing about Jillian Michales
After watching pt 1 girl I had to run out and purchase this. Let me just say Jillian had me in tears, but in a good way. LOL I also have her kickboxing one. Her workouts are very challenging due to not taking breaks. LOL Thanks for all your vids!

@misslynnee I would start with some light weight training immediately or do a few simple moves to see what you are comfy with. Weight training will help you gain muscle, which in turn helps burn more fat! Don’t push yourself too hard!
